It's possible for Windows updates to make changes to firewalls which can block machine connections. Here are some basic troubleshooting tips for clearing the issue and re-connecting.
An easy way to do this is to stop the Design Spooler and then run the Design Spooler (support mode) which will often bring up firewall access blocks. You will find all of these controls by clicking on the Windows start button, scroll down to T and click on Tajima, when this menu expands you will see the following. Click on the Red Stop Design Spooler icon and then click on the Lady Bug Start Design Spooler (Support Mode)
Once the window opens you will be able to see communication between the design spooler and the machines.
If no machines appear, refresh the network settings on MX and MB (TFMX,TWMX,TEMX, TMB series) panel machines by holding SET and pressing F3 at the same time. Arrow down to 10 Network, turn the gray dial to set the option to No, press SET then turn the gray dial to set the option to Normal ( Yes and DG/ML may be the option based on the machine firmware age) and press SET.
On TMAR and TMEZ machines, press the gear, press P7, press 78 and the book. Use the up/down arrows to turn the network to NO, press P2, press the enter icon in the bottom right. Return to the same menu, turn the network to DG/LM or DG/ML, press P2, press the enter icon in the bottom right.
A now processing box will open and should close immediately with good connection and you should see the machine name scrolling through the support spooler window.
Send a design to each machine and pull through to the machine memory. If this is all successful, stop the Lady Bug design spooler and Start the Design Spooler with the green icon under Tajima.
Once the regular design spooler is up and running (takes a few moments) send a design to each machine and pull through to the memory to verify that all connections are good.
