Technical support is provided from 8:00am - 7:00pm, Eastern Time, Monday through Friday and 10:00am - 6:00pm, Eastern Time on Saturday.
You can also request machine support directly from the Hirsch Solutions web site, hsi.us, by clicking on the Support option in the menu and then Service Request Form.
After submitting this form, you should expect a response from a Hirsch technician within the following 2 hours. Reports submitted outside of the above stated operating hours will receive a response on the following business day.
