The Tajima DG/ML by Pulse software has an area in user configuration to store where various file types such as fonts are located.
To see the exact location of where your font directory is, follow these steps…
1. Click on Tools, then Configuration, then User Settings.
2.Click on the File Location Tab.
You will see a field for Embroidery Font. This is the only place that the software looks for fonts.
If you can't see the entire directory, click on the little box to the right of the data field and it will open a new window showing the path.
This is your Default Font File Location.
If you can't find this path in your Windows, Explorer then it is possible that it is a hidden directory and you will need to activate "show hidden files" from within Windows using Control Panel.
PROBLEM:
Some operating system folders may be hidden and in order to perform maintenance instructions they will need to be un hidden
SOLUTION:
Here's how to display hidden files and folders.
1.Open Folder Options by clicking the Start button , clicking Control Panel and then clicking Folder Options. Windows 10, click the start button and search for Control Panel.
* If you are viewing ICONS in Control Panel or if you are in Classic View you will see "FOLDER OPTIONS" in Windows 8 and Windows 7 - Windows 10 will show File Explorer Options.
2.Click the View tab.
Under Advanced settings, click Show hidden files, folders, and drives, and then click OK
